Where has your strangest Kubb introduction been?

On my way to recovery today I needed some essentials from Target. I walked in and the security guard noticed my shirt (who wouldn't. I think we were robbed--KINGPIN) and he said, "Where do I get a shirt like that and why is that game so popular?" Hoping to have a new member to the Chaska Kubb Club.

We stopped at the Casanova Liquor store in Hudson right before we got over the broder in to "No Beer on Sundays" Minnesota and the guy at the check out said: "You guys play in that tournament?" referring to my red shirt. He said he followed Ambient Inks on Facebook and google the game after seeing them post about it. Seemed interested in trying it.

In Eau Claire the weekend of Nationals. They were very interested to hear they lived in the Kubb Capitol of North America. Way cool.
